1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FUT.tools and its services (including the Enhancer bookmarklet and Tracker), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FUT.tools provides browser-based tools for EA Sports FC Ultimate Team, including:

  • Enhancer — a bookmarklet that adds automation features to the EA FC web app.
  • Tracker — a market analysis tool for tracking player card prices.

3. License Keys

  • License keys are personal and non-transferable.
  • Each key may be used on up to 2 EA accounts (personas) simultaneously.
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms without refund.

4. Trial Keys

  • Trial keys provide full access for 7 days.
  • One trial per email address.
  • Trials may not be extended or renewed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our scripts or services.
  • Use our tools in a way that violates EA's terms of service (use at your own risk).
  • Attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, or rate limiting.
  • Use automated means to create multiple trial accounts.
  • Redistribute or share the loaded script code with others.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Compatibility with future EA web app updates.
  • That use of our tools will not result in action against your EA account.

7. Limitation of Liability

FUT.tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Suspension or ban of your EA account.
  • Loss of in-game items, coins, or progress.
  • Service interruptions or data loss.

8. EA Affiliation Disclaimer

FUT.tools is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Electronic Arts, EA Sports, or the EA FC franchise in any way.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@fut.tools within 7 days of purchase if you experience issues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
