1. Introduction

FUT.tools ("we", "us", "our") operates the fut.tools website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Email address — when you sign up for free access to Enhancer. We store it together with your access code, the time you signed up, and the time you agreed to receive your access code by email.
  • Email delivery records — a copy of each email we send you (recipient, subject, content including your access code, and delivery status), plus the times you requested your code, used to prevent abuse (e.g. limiting how often a code can be re-sent).
  • Access code usage data — activation events, script loads, session heartbeats, and EA persona identifiers to enforce usage limits. Our activity log refers to your access code, never to your email address.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs — IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and diagnostics.
  • Page-view analytics (only with your consent) — if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we record the pages you visit on fut.tools, time spent on each page, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string and a random session identifier stored in your browser's session storage. If you click "Reject non-essential" (or make no choice), nothing is recorded. We do not store your IP address with these statistics and do not use third-party analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our services.
  • To send you your access code by email (and re-send it when you ask for it).
  • To manage your access code and enforce usage limits.
  • To communicate important updates about the service.
  • To detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized use.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your email address for marketing. We may share data only:

  • With an email delivery provider, solely to deliver your access code. Until such a provider is in place, access-code emails are queued in our own database (an "outbox") and sent by an administrator; if we start using a provider, it will process your email address and the message content on our behalf only for delivery.
  • When required by law or legal process.
  • To protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and access code for as long as your access code exists. Other data is deleted automatically:

  • Page-view analytics: 90 days.
  • Signup request records (used to limit re-sends): 30 days.
  • Copies of sent emails: 90 days.
  • Access code activity log: 180 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@fut.tools. Deletion removes your email address, access code (which then stops working), persona bindings, activity log entries, signup records and stored emails.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use essential browser storage for running the site and remembering your preferences: your cookie choice (cookie_consent) and, on the EA web app, your access code and session token (stored by the loader). Only if you accept analytics do we also store a random session identifier (_aid, session storage, cleared when you close the tab). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can change your choice by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw your consent to receive emails at any time (we only email you your access code when you request it).

9. Third-Party Services

Our bookmarklet operates within the EA Sports FC web application. We are not affiliated with Electronic Arts. Your use of EA's services is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
